HOW IT WORKS?
- Your body is inside the bubble, and you hold onto hand grips throughout. Your legs are outside so you can run!
- There is a hole above your head to let in air and for you to see out of if you bend forwards
- The bubbles have straps which can be adjusted according to your size
- Run around, bounce, have fun, rest drink & repeat!

WHO IS IT SUITABLE FOR?
- Ideal for ages 7+. Maximum weight 17 stone (108kg). Maximum height 6 ft 6 in.
- Mixed gender sessions are allowed as long as players are sensible!
- If you are fit enough to play a normal game of 5 aside you are fit enough to play.
- Whether you're David Beckham or Dave from Peckham you're good enough to play.
- We recommend wearing normal sports kit (shirts, shorts, jogging bottoms) No studs, Blades or Moulds are ever allowed Astro Trainers or normal Trainers only!
